The internet is pretty slow today, so I am going to upload photos from yesterday. I will caption them later.
The sea outside Portofino tis a bit grumpy

We are about to step onto Portofino
Greetings from Celebrity Century, from where I am sitting on the aft deck outside of the Sunset Bar on Deck 11. The seas outside of Portofino, Italy have turned a bit grumpy. What was just a bit of a challenge for the tendering operation has turned into impossibility. The calm seas have turned into whitecaps with the wind coming off the mountains towards the sea.
Four countries in twenty four hours

Celebrity Century
We have been in four countries in twenty-four hours. We sailed away from Barcelona to a glorious sunset. The weather rocked a bit after dinner but for me it made for a very good sleep. I seem to sleep my best when I am at sea.
Upon our wake-up call this morning, I showered and headed to a yummy breakfast. The Celebrity Cruises difference showed itself as I was fawned over and totally pampered just while enjoying some bacon and eggs in the main dining room.
Pictures of Barcelona Market and Gaudi Apartment

We are currently in the Western Mediterranean onboard Celebrity Century bouncing around just a bit. The winds are only 11 knots, but the sea is a bit bumpy.
Anyway here are some pictures of the day before we boarded. We went to the Market on Las Ramblas before heading to the Gaudi Apartment house. At the market, we were wondering how do you decide which vendor to buy from and we saw that ALL the piggies went to market.
The apartment of Gaudi was amazing. Please enjoy and look for more tomorrow as we venture into Cannes, France and beyond.
