When things go wrong on a cruise

Have you ever felt this way on a vacation? We feel your pain and are here to help!

Frustration

One of my clients learned that when things go wrong on a cruise it can help to have a travel agent, and USA Today reported their story. I have also had things go wrong or not as smoothly when on a cruise. So what can you do?

  1. Try to solve the problem while on board: If an incident occurs whether it is major or minor, it is always best to try to get it resolved while you are still on the cruise.

Many of my clients think of cruising as being an all-inclusive experience. And it is true, you can have a cruise experience that is truly all-inclusive on luxury lines and on many river cruises. Family vacations can take a lot of planning, especially if you want to visit multiple destinations on one trip. To minimize planning time and maximize relaxation time, choose a cruise vacation.

Cruises are almost all-inclusive, so there’s no need to plan how to move from place to place, to schedule daily activities or to find places to eat and sleep – the cruise ship and crew does all of that for you. There’s no cooking, serving or cleaning up required. Instead, there’s truly relaxing, reinvigorating time with the people who matter most to you.
