Day 2 of our Meeting at Sea
Today we were docked in Ensenada, Mexico for the day. This is a port located 70 miles south of the border. While I am sure this is a wonderful port, I spent the day taking part in our first full day of a meeting at sea.
I was up early enough to enjoy a good breakfast and work on writing the blog entry I posted yesterday. I am a Diamond member for Royal Caribbean and, on this ship they have a private section of the dining room reserved for breakfast. It was a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast and work on my writing.
Day 1 of a meeting at sea
Day 1 of our convention is coming to a close. It has been a whirlwind day of networking, making new friends and reconnecting with old ones. Just walking through the ship throughout the day, you find yourself running into some of the same people again and again. It could be sitting at a blackjack table, sucking down a favorite beverage in the Schooner Bar or even taking a quick snooze in the cover Solarium.
Cruise Holidays Meeting at Sea Day 1
It is funny, but today I am not yet on a cruiseship, but in a hotel ball room. The view out the conference room window is of a building across the street and not of the open ocean.
I am spending time with other owners learning how to maximize our websites. Coming soon we will be featuring a photo gallery of our most recent cruises, plus a look back at other destinations we have visited via cruise ship.
We honestly think that cruising offers one of the best values possible for your vacation dollar. When you are ready to start living the life you have always imagined, give us a call.
Time to cruise again
I hope everyone has a safe and Happy Halloween. I leave early tomorrow morning for a convention at sea aboard Royal Caribbean’s Radiance of the Seas. Please visit daily next week as I will be sharing the benefits of holding your next convention at sea.

A Meeting at Sea

When and where was the last meeting you attended? Was at a hotel ballroom? Maybe you planned an incentive trip at a resort, but then had a hard time finding your staff to announce a major product launch. Have you ever considered holding a meeting at sea?
Just last week I was cruising with my daughter on Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas, and I made a point to take some photographs of the fantastic conference facilities on this cruise ship. In your per attendee cruise package fare, you get all meals included as well as accommodations. You are able to get access to a state-of-the-art conference facility based on availability. In center set-ups of pastries and refreshments are a fraction of the cost of a land based hotel.
