Recommended gratuities on Royal Caribbean cruises to increase

without comments

Paying gratuities on board a ship is a very personal choice. However most of the crew that you have direct contact with as a passenger earns their wages based on the tips you pay in addition to your cruise fare. The traditional way has been to place a set amount per person per cruising day in cash in an envelope. You would then hand it to your stateroom attendant and your waitstaff in the main dining room. Now cruisers have two additional options for paying gratuities. One is to pre-pay them before ever boarding your ship another is to have them charged to your stateroom account which is then charged to your credit card along with your other onboard spending.
