In my business, I work with many few first time cruisers. They come to me as referrals or they have seen my marketing efforts. Many times they have been looking online and are overwhelmed by the choices of cruise lines, destinations, ships, ports, shore excursions. When asked recently what sets me apart from my competition and why she shouldn’t just book her cruise on her own, I told her that you cannot take your first cruise for a test drive.

Once you have put down your deposit, made your final payment and stepped onto that ship, you are committed. If you are not pleased with your choice, you could always step off the ship before it sets sail (wishing your luggage a happy cruise with out you) or just try to make the best of it.

Our goal is to meet and exceed your expectations. If your schedule is such that your choices are limited, we try to give you more than enough information so that we can set your expectations from the choices available. This happens when some of our clients have a set time they can take a cruise. We find an option that works for that schedule, but we know it is not the absolute best fit. We also try not to let our bias show through. What we like in a cruise line or in an excursion is more than likely entirely different that what you like. When it comes to making our recommendation, it is never about us; it is always about you.
