Cruises are not what we sell
When you consult with us because you are planning a cruise, you soon come to realize that cruises are not what we sell. You may have found a “deal” online some where and you want us to validate that the price you see really is a “deal”. Or you may have received a mailing from a cruise line, and you would like us to book you and your family on the featured cruise. Or you have always wanted to take a cruise, but you know there are over 200 ships sailing to 1,000 destinations and want advice about which one is right for you and your family.
What we do at The Flagg Agency is match our clients to the cruise experience they not only want but need. We take the time to interview our clients on a wide range of subjects that seemingly have nothing to do with their future travel plans but tell us a great deal about their personalities. We know that there is truly no one size fits all package when it comes to something as personal as a cruise experience. Sure we could take an off the shelf package product and just sell that, but then we would be nothing more than an order taker.
The reason we charge for our consultation services is we are not selling an off the shelf package. What may appear as just another cruise sale to the casual observer happens to be just a small part of the entire experience. It could be as simple as having someone with the knowledge to answer all of your questions from passport and visa requirements to what is the most cost effective way to get from the airport to the cruise terminal! We also help with onboard arrangements from spa appointments to reserving a dining time on your anniversary in a specialty restaurant. We can recommend hotel arrangements both before and after the cruise.
Our services do not end with the purchase of your cruise package either. We research and can find those unique one of a kind experiences in the various ports of call you will visit. Not happy traveling with a large group? We can find you a private tour that will take you to the major sights of interest but also a hidden gem you will be raving about for years to come. It is not about what is best for us, but what serves you, our customer, in the best way possible.
