An American in Madrid Day 1
It is the end of the day for us on Day 1 of our trip to Madrid Spain. We are on the land portion of a Royal Caribbean/Celebrity cruise tour. The first arrival day after a long flight is usually a wash because you are so tired. Doesn’t that shower feel great? You feel human again after the flight ICK is washed away. We are in the Hotel Wellington just a stone’s through away from Parque Del Buen Retiro. They have excellent shower heads and so far I have managed not to drink from the fountain in our bathroom…(bidet) 
Touchdown in Madrid
The Flaggs have touched down in Madrid. Beautiful weather here. I will be taking pictures and updating this blog for the next two weeks. For now however, I am going to take a power nap! I finally hit my wall.
