It’s never about us, but about you
You may have seen an image before that shows a triangle has three labels on each leg. It may read speed, service and price or there may be different labels on versions you have seen, but there is usually a sidebar message that says “pick any two”. The point being made is that you can never have all three at once.
For us, we tend to focus on just two; speed and service. We are quick to respond to your phone calls and emails. We believe in going beyond what you expect when it comes to customer service as frankly we think customer service is becoming a lost art. You will find something beyond the ordinary when using our services when planning a cruise.
First off, we collect a professional fee for our time and our advice. We are focused on finding you the best cruise experience you can possibly have. We look beyond the “off the shelf” and recommend those experiences you will remember for a lifetime. We are not beholden to nor do we rely on income from our suppliers. If we were, we would direct you only to those suppliers that paid the highest commissions. We realize that every one of our clients are unique. You may need an experience that only one particular supplier can provide. It may be with one that is not one of our “preferred” suppliers.
People have often asked us to share our favorite cruise line or ship, and we will never tell. When you engage our services, it truly becomes about you, your wants and your needs. We actually take the time to listen to what you want and not steer you to what we think you want. We provide you with an option based on everything you have told us you say you need to experience on your next cruise vacation. When you come to us, we are offering advice not opinion. We work for you our clients and because of that, we understand every day that we have to meet a higher standard than an ordinary travel seller.
