The final evening at Sea
The bags are almost packed. My daughter is in the kid’s club saying her last goodbyes. We had our final dinner in the dining room and said our goodbyes to our new friends. It was among the best meals of the cruise.
The day was filled with time by the pool, pool games and believe it or not a two and a half hour nap this afternoon. Something about the gentle rocking of the ship lulled us to sleep. I am so glad I put in for a wake up call!
Somehow we have lost my daughter’s camera in the room, left behind somewhere, or it is packed away. The search is almost complete. With my camera, we still managed to get some fantastic photos.
Because of the limitations of the internet at sea, I will be posting more of these pictures to my online album and hope you will peruse them.
We have spent a week together, my daughter and I. The couple at dinner with us complimented me on how well behaved she is and how mature she is. I have so enjoyed our dad and daughter cruise together and am happy you chose to sail along with us.
In just a short time, I will be taking you along another virtual cruise as my wife and I journey to the western Mediterranean. I hope you will join us there.
