The adage is true…take half the clothes and twice the cash!
It’s a common question I get from time to time. Just what do I pack for a cruise? I thought I would share some random thoughts about this important topic.
Shakespeare once wrote that ‘Brevity is the Soul of Wit!’ Well less clothes on a cruise makes for a happier vacation. Clothes storage space in your stateroom is likely to be limited. In addition, it’s no fun to lug lots of baggage to the pier. Fortunately, while there has always been a certain elegance about cruising, it’s become a more casual type of vacation, even on luxury ships. That means you can probably get by with fewer clothes, and no one will raise an eyebrow if you wear the same thing twice.
